Some people can be reluctant to seek advice about a health complaint, but there is no need to feel embarrassed, advice and support is available from local health professionals, pharmacists and GP’s, (just to name a few).
Making time for your health
Whatever stresses and strains life throws at you, make sure you leave some time for physical exercise. The adrenalin produced during exercise gives you energy and helps you unwind.
Exercise is good for your physical appearance as it helps to tone your muscles, but there are many more benefits to your health:
- Strengthening your heart
- Reduces blood pressure
- Giving you more energy
- Keeping your brain alert
- Helping to prevent strokes and bowel cancer
- Helping you sleep
These are just some of the reasons why you should keep yourself active in your spare time.
