Using Condoms can help prevent unintended pregnancies, HIV and sexually transmitted infections.

- Submit your order
Please provide your full name, date of birth and the postal address that you would like the condoms to be sent to. Remember, this service is only available to people in the St Helens, Runcorn and Widnes area. If your postcode is not within these areas we will NOT be able to process your order. Orders will be processed within 3 working days of verification and sent to you in an discreet unmarked envelope. The condoms will be either Durex or Pasante.

Your information is transmitted to us electronically in a non-secure way. As with any non-secure electronic communication, there is a chance that your information may be intercepted and viewed by someone else.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the interception of your personal information, by a third party.
Once your condom order has been processed, we will register your details onto our secure database which is held within the CaSH service only and is not accessible by any other Trust department. This information will be used to monitor the use of the scheme and improve your access to the sexual health service should you wish to come into clinic for any reason. This information will be retained by St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
The information you provide on this form will be treated as highly confidential, and we will not pass it on to anyone else, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Terms & Conditions
This service is free of charge to residents living within the St Helens or Halton (Runcorn and Widnes) Boroughs. All addresses used at registration will be the only delivery address and must be within the appropriate postcodes.
Condom packs can be ordered on line and order frequency will be recorded for monitoring purposes.
All screening tests returned will be handled by the Sexual Health Service and you will be notified of your results by your preferred method indicated however we may need to contact you by telephone in order to speak to you.
Any tests not used before the expiry date shown on the testing kit will not be processed.
Instructions on how to use condoms will be included in postal packs however anyone wishing to speak to a nurse or doctor can attend any of the clinics as a walk in patient – no appointment is needed.
Condom packs will contain no less than 8 and no more than 18 condoms and lubricant will be provided if indicated in your order.
Only one pack per order is permitted – the pack will contain both condoms and lubricant if this has been indicated.
By registering with the service you are giving permission for your details to be stored within the sexual health service securely and not shared with any third party.
By registering with the service, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age. Anyone registering under this age will not be permitted onto the scheme but will be directed to the local C-card scheme or sexual health clinic where free condoms are available. If you are under 18, you are able to request a screening kit only.
